作为线材的领航者,为了开发最完美的传导产品,ACROLINK在材料的纯度与稳定方面不断的探索,
以提高改善线材的设计ACROLINK惊奇的传输性能打破了一系列新的线材特点,频响做到了18GHZ!
一般来说,频率越高,传输所需要的时间就越少。因此,为了不让阻抗的不一致限制速度,导体纯度
必须要高,不能有太多的杂质。在流畅的传输方面,由于信号传输要通过电磁场,线材的结构就必需

When confronted with the pinnacle of technology, one's view of things must necessarily change. The limited scope of
our previous outlook must be discarded in favor of a wider and more encompassing reference. 

Originally developed for use in systems for analyzing radio waves from Space, featuring ultra wide range transmitting 
capability, and representing a great step forward in digital signal transmission. "...digital data is transmitted in 
on/off (1/0) signs and therefore any connecting wire can do the job…" - of course no audiophile agrees with this 
statement, and you should know that the statement is false. The truth is that although digital processing itself 
does comprise a series of on/off signs, storage and transmission of digital data is done by translating these signs 
into pure analogue. This is done in audio by transforming digitally processed data into high frequency rectangular 
wave-forms, which are more difficult to protect against disturbance than simple ones or zeros. However, even though 
the shape of the wave-form may be badly distorted, this is easily corrected. All it takes is to judge whether the 
wave-form represents a 1 or 0, and then have the wave-form restored back to its original shape using a comparator 
circuit. If this is the case, why do connecting cables make such a difference to the sound? 
Digital equipment has the aforementioned error correction facility to restore deformation, even to the extent that 
missing sections of the wave-form are replaced with a neighboring signal, or an average of two neighboring signals.      
CD players have even more sophisticated correction systems which can intelligently interpolate large missing sections 
of the wave-form, arriving at an acceptable error level, and thereby reproducing the sound signal so that it is vir-
-tually identical to original. However, the harder the error correction facility works, the more it has the potential 
to confuse the over-all musical signal. What is essential, therefore, is to deliver the least deteriorated signal,and 
in doing so allow digital equipment to minimize any extra procedures. It follows that the amount of deterioration 
allowed by a particular cable represents and influences its sound character. 
ACROLINK has developed a new series of cables which features an astonishing transmission capability, demonstrated by 
a perfectly even frequency response up to 18 GHz. This is precisely the quality required for optimal high frequency  
digital signal transmission. It is capable of delivering a perfectly rectangular wave-form with minimally rounded 
shoulders, thus delivering pure and clear musical information to the discerning audiophile. 
ACROLINK is the sole producer of stress-free 7N copper in the world, and as such requires the most advanced refining 
facilities available. Entirely new conductors were produced through joint development with Mitsubishi Cable Industries 
Ltd, the top-ranked cable manufacturer to the space industry.
MEXCEL DA series is a single core co-axial structure with an additional shielding layer. The center conductor is com-
-prised of 7N Cu MEXCEL, twisted 0.58mm dia.x 7 strands for DA6000, and 7N Cu MEXCEL, single core 1.6mm dia. for DA6100.
The first shielding layer (cold pole) comprises braided rectangular 7N Cu MEXCEL ribbons.The outer shielding is comprised 
of braided 4N copper (silver plated) round wires. Mitsubishi has developed the MEDIS electro-deposited-insulation-system 
to enable perfectly even coating around the edges of the rectangular ribbon- a feat that was previously unachievable. 
ACROLINK has utilized this technology in all 7N Cu round wires used in this series as they result in far superior sound 
quality when compared to conventional polyurethane coating. 
ACROLINK also developed special new RCA and BNC plugs to match the quality  of MEXCEL. 
Every little section was critically re-examined and re-designed, utilizing leading edge high-tech materials and structural 
technologies in order to achieve the ultimate in uncompromising efficiency and performance. 

A Miracle in High Tech Cables, the Mexcel Series Debuts
One of the most remarkable features of the Mexcel Series is its high frequency transmission capability. 
Acrolink has managed to increase the frequency response clear out to 18 GHz! While the frequency response 
of other audio cables available on the market is limited to,at best, 1 GHz, the MEXCEL series, with extremely 
low variance in AC resistance, has achieved revolutionary wide bandwidth response. 
Once in a great while a product comes along that refines state-of-the art. The Mexcel Series from Acrolink 
meets this criteria. Employing a radical new approach to cable design, Mexcel Series cables allow listeners 
to encounter prodigious amounts information previously hidden in the recordings they have been listening to 
for years and to have a more deeply fulfilling listening experience then they ever imagined possible.

An Entirely New Wire Technology.

To create this new series, MEXCEL insulated strands were developed using stress-free 7N copper for
the inner and outer conductors. MEXCEL is a new enameled wire developed by Mitsubishi Cable Industries,
Ltd., which has a rectangular shaped cross section. In the past,it has been difficult to apply insulation 
film evenly over the four corners of a single wire, so round conductors have been used out of necessity.
Mitsubishi has developed the epoch-making MEDIS electro-deposited insulation system, which is similar to 
an electro-plating of the insulating resin.Unlike round conductors,rectangular conductors eliminate space 
between wires when wound, making it possible to manufacture high density,super high performance coils. 
The new ACROLINK MEXCEL series has been developed jointly by Mitsubishi Cable Industries, Ltd. and Acrolink.

Benefits 
This type of cable falls into a category called "litz" wires in the field of audio.The cross sections
are rectangular and densely braided.The sum of the cross section areas of strands made of rectangular
wires is larger than that made of round wires. It has the effect of suppressing high frequency response
deterioration caused by the skin effect. By braiding rectangular MEXCEL insulated strands densely, the
outer conductors suppress the radiation of signals to the outside. Using rectangular strands will make
the surface area larger than round strands with the same size cross section.Transmission of signals 
throughout the cross section is also possible thereby further suppressing the skin effect.

Construction 
Coaxial type cables have a threefold covered coaxial construction (one sheath and two shields made
of different material) with perfect countermeasures for external noise caused by electromagnetic 
waves. In the shielded two-conductor type, rectangular MEXCEL insulation strands made of high purity 
stress-free 7N copper are braided into both conductors and shields. In speaker cables,the semiconductor
layer of insulation material suppresses the generation of static electricity caused by friction of the
insulation material due to vibration and external noise from electromagnetic waves.
A special resin, used in the space and defense equipment for its extremely low dielectric constant, 
is used for insulation. This resin is not frequency and temperature dependent,so signals do not 
deteriorate regardless of frequency range and ambient temperature.

A rare variant of polyurethane resin is employed for the outer sheath. These specialized materials,
coupled with precise construction and design, have yielded high quality audio cables far exceeding 
MIL specs. Transmitting information in unprecedented high density,the Mexcel series will enable the
listener to realize the full potential of today's ever improving high-end high fidelity equipment
